URGENT URGENT - Shipment from India cheapest way

Dear Ladies living in India,

I need your help re. the following. I have ordered a sample shipment which will be shipped from India. The shipment is around 4 - 5 kg.

What would be the cheapest and most efficient way to ship these goods to The Netherlands. The goods cannot go bad.
Transit time of two weeks is o.k. for me.

Please do let me know.

You say that the goods cannot go bad. Looks like these are food items. Right? Then they need to go thru customs clearance.
I would suggest that you go to the local courier service agent and get the quote. They would send the package by Air carrier ( Air India or another airlines that goes to Netherlands). You need to declare the contents to the courier agent. Package will not get accepted if the contents are not declared.
I have used courier services in India to get stuff here to US and I have always had good experience. They track the package, make sure to call and check if I got the package or not, etc.

Which courier did you used?

Can the goods be shipped by air parcel post from India to The Netherlands? Would that be cheapier than a courier?

I honestly do not remember the name of the courier that I used a few yrs back. It was a local company that was affiliated with DHL.

I am not sure how post office would handle such packages b'cos this one would need to go thru customs, etc.
I still suggest courier b'cos they will do all the customs papers, etc for you.

if you want cheaper shipping to any country outside US, then viaddress is preferable. their service is really good. i have been using then since many years. its below $10 to any country.
