in a flat tray put large chunks of vanilla cake( i usually bake it-betty crocker or philsburry) then make strawberry or raspberry jello according to instruction on the packet, when still warm pour over cake -cool for sumtime, then prepare custard -pour this also, then put lots of fresh fruits-specially chikoo and mango and lots of nuts-soaked and then cut into small pieces- and sugar caramel crystals and then load it with icecream. i think they also pour some rose syrup on the cake.

one more thing is that cooking in home and cooking by chefs is very different-even the biryani we make at home and by them at weddings is very different.
