oil 3tbsp
one cup brinjal cut pieces(for this buy the green small brinjals. )
one cup murungakai cut pieces.
onions 1 onion
chilli powder
dhaniya powder
salt to taste
garlic pods -4-5 pods
seasoning: i dont think seasoning is required for this but if you like use vathal which is available in ambika appalam.
method.
take oil in a thick bottomed pan.
add vathal if required otherwise use chopped onions.
then add brinjal+ drumstick pieces. add salt, chilli powder, dhaniya powder, crushed garlic. if you like curryleaves then add them.
let fry for a couple of minutes.
add half a medium sized tumbler of water.
cover with lid. cook on a low flame.
cook till oil releases.
you curry is ready.
