Default Vegetable rotti

Hi Friends,
I Prepare Vegetable rotti regularly. I am posting the recipe. Hope you like it.

Ingredients:
Rice flour 1 1/2 cup
Grated carrot 1/2 cup,
Grated cabbage 1/2 cup
capsicum chopped 1/4 cup
Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
grated coconut 1/2 cup
Curry leaves few
Green chillies 5-6
Jeera 1 tsp
hing 2 pinch
salt 1/2 tsp.
oil


Mix all the above ingredients with water and make batter.
Put one spoon oil on tawa and take little batter and paste on tawa by hand. (Wet your hand by water while spreading the batter).

Keep tawa on flame and cover it with lid. After two mins, just turn the rotti reverse to cook. Rotti is ready.

Hi Pushpa,

Thanks for the recipe. I also do this most times, depending on vegetables available. I would like to add a tip here - add a little besan flour to the this and see what crisp rotti you get. ummmmmmmm......... baayalli neeru bartha idhe.
