punjjabi dish hi frnds this is deepa here wnt to share some recipees with u'll palak afgani Ingredients: 3 palak(spinach) bunch boiled n paste 100grms cauliflower piece- fried (brownish) 1or 2 cloves,1-2 black pepper,dalchini1-grind it 5-6 garlic,lil ginger,4-5 green chillie-make paste 2-3table sp kasuri mehti 3-4 onions cut into medium piece 1/2cu cream,salt ,oil method 1: take pan add oil.add onions fry it till t become lil brown,then add garlic ginger chiilie paste,then all cloves masala,mix it then add kasuri mehti then add palak paste,it it is thick add lil water,then add flower,salt n cream,mix it proper,serve it with nan or roti It is very simple to make it its very tasty n delicious hope u'll liked it thxs deepa. |
