I am desperately looking out for the recipe of sajjige roti. As a child i remember eating this all the while and its so yummy. Its made from sooji and curds i think and u need to fry it like a roti on the pan. I just hope u know this recipe and u can share it with me.

hi all,
i stumbled across your forum while searching a recipe for hasi majjige. i live in new zealand & its not the best place to get south indian vegetarian food. i am desperately looking for a recipe of hurigaalu. it is a savory spicy snack of karnataka, where you dry roast doifferent types of dals & coat them with red chilli masala. it taste sgreat with a cup of masala chai! does anyone know the recipe?
