Default recipe

Hi Roja,

thanks for the pachi mirapakayala pachadi recipe. We can get thai chillies in the oriental stores where asian groceries are sold. Thai chillies are very very similar to our Andhra green chillies. Give it a try.

Wishes

Sailaja

Hi Folks,

Can some body give me the recipes for Peanuts chutney and Dosa chutney.
Actually I knew how to make peanuts chuney. But mine wasn't tasty at all. I tried so many times but I never satisfied with my style. So if any one is familiar with that just share with me too.

Also I would like to try to make the dosa chutney like in restaurants. I could not make restaurant style chutney for dosa ever . So please give me that too.

Thanks Ladies,
Teja

Default Andhra dishes

HI Teja.,
For good Taste of Dosa Chutney means coconut & (dry roasted gram dal means Putnala pappu in Telugu) prepare chutney with 70% of scarapped fresh coconut.
& 30% of Chutney dal
prepare it only with green chillies,a bit of tamarind if u like.& normal process.& seasoning with curry leaves ,mustard.
At last add some milk to that chutney to keep it fresh taste for 1 day outside(not in fridge)
otherwise for immeadiate serving u can add 2tbspn curds.

Try & let me know.
Hope this will help u.

Bye

Dear Sunikris,

Thanq very much for the Dosa chutney recipe n peanuts chutney. Seems to be pretty interesting to make. I used to put just a touch of coconut n I never used tamarind n curd at all for dosa chutney. This time I will make it in these ratios with all thses extra ingridients ...

Also for peanuts chutney hopefully I can make it this time better than ever with cooked tomato.

I will come with my feedback n thanq for sharing with me again....

Nice day Sunikris,
Teja
