You have a lovely way with words, and I was expecting a lovely ending, when suddenly the poem took a turn to portray a nasty and horrendous social evil of our times. Sometimes, it seems to me that people are only becoming more and more greedy. Please try to post your poem in a more public forum so that it reaches out to more people. At least some youngsters might wake up and become aware. Keep penning.. Hope to meet you sometime in a Chennai IL meet.. best, hasita
