Default Beyond Frontiers, Erasing All Horizons...IndusLadies - poem for the Anniversary!

Have you ever noticed, with strangers,

how we get attached, like you and me,
how it has happened at Indus ladies.

Without meeting in person, without hearing their voice,
we tend to become part of somebody's thinking
we tend to become part of someone's life
what do you think, fulfil and maintain these friendships
Or leave it just like sand that leaves your closed fist.

Dear friend don't do something like this because,
we never got this, through somebody's recommendations,
Not through someone's influence, we got this delicate
threads of friendship, through our slow interactions,
our friendly banters and thoughtfulness.

An invisible shoulder to cry on, when the going is tough,
an motherly advice when mom is far off,
an friendly push, to the next step of success,
a band of well wishers, what more could you ask.

We have come a long way, erasing all horizons,
and time limits, bringing us closer as families..
Treasure it as your heartbeats, for these are rare
In a life that moves so fast., wishing many more to bond,
with us, through this web family.

Celebrating, the 3rd anniversary of this web family.........this is to wish all ilites who are responsible for the great success.

to all of us.

(I had written a poem on the same line in hindi here , but this looks a better occasion to share in english.)

Dear Shan,

Real good one....

"An invisible shoulder to cry on, when the going is tough,
an motherly advice when mom is far off,
an friendly push, to the next step of success,
a band of well wishers,"

How true.... This has become an extended family... Great going....

Dear Indus family.... Wish you all a happy 3rd Anniversary in advance....

Veda

Dear Shanthi
A real good one yaar
Whe I first read the title I thought you have written something about the soldiers.
After readingwhat a correct title for the poem.
As Veda is saying this is really an extended family............We havn't met so many of them havn't heard they voices but still we feel we are so close to each other through this site. Have made so many wonderful friends including the 2 of you.

DEAR INDUS FAMILY.........WISH YOU ALL A VERY HAPPY 3RD ANNIVERSARY IN ADVANCE

Dear most Shanthi ma'am,

Did I just write that "you are always there for me" in my thread just a few seconds back ?? And now is the reality to accept that my words were true indeed !!!!

Hats off "IL Poet" to have kick-started the fervor of our Third Anniversary !! A lovely written and felt Poem.. Indeed another best one that would hit the shores with great tides !!!

Very true are your words ma'am. We all became one, greeted others, started to share what each other thought should be shared at the right time, kindled others emotions with our frequencies matching our fellow mates, felt the caring shoulders and hearts very near by, extended ours when needed and asked, seeded our prayers as proclamations (community as a whole), wished for blessings, wishes profusely showered, senses ranged in their varied varieties !!

Feels complete to be a part of INDUS LADIES !!

Regards with heart felt Love and affection
RamyaVaradharajan

Aruna yaar,

The title was something i was thinking a lot...Thought a wish for il, an ode to il...then this is what stuck me..and i think it aptly describes the far reaching spirit of the forum.

Yes, we have really got some many friends and well wishers here....

I join you in saying many more happy ones to come....
