Ask yourself this - how to deal with insecure people?

How do you deal with people that are insecure? Or envious of you Eg Work Buddy, MIL, Friend.

I think when people are insecure they tend to try to compensate for it by either over eating or work harder or making someones life hell.. And doing this is not going to make that insecurity go away ....trying to deal with the real problem is the issue...what do you think..
When you confronted by insecure people than the game gets ugly coz you dealing with a person who is thinking with their heart and not their heads.

No i dont think, being Insecure is about thinking from ur heart instead of your head.

A person is insecure, when he sees someone else having something which he doesnt have or achievinnng something in life which he hasnt achieved... when a person is insecure he will totally criticise the other people and whatever they have in life.... its not actually that he doenst like that particular thing the other ppl have... its cos he doesnt have it yet... the day that person has it too he starts appreciating others nd things other have in their life...

Its as simple as that...
