| Re: HC summons 'liars', asks for explanation Hi High time they brought in legislation to punish hostile witnesses. People are ever ready to exploit loopholes to wriggle out. Its an encouraging sign that one judge has opined that statements made on TV or print, in sting operations too, can be used as legally valid confessions. Manjula
