Default ukkaarai sweet for deepavali

The following dish named UKKAARAI is famous in Madurai area.
Ingrediants:
Moong dal - 1 cup; rawrice flour-1/2 cup;rava(sooji)1/2 cup;Jaggery-2 cup(powdered );cocunut(scrubbed)-1 cup;Ghee-3/4 cup;cashewnuts-20 numbers;cardomam-2 numbers(powdered)
Method:
Pour 1 spoon of ghee in a frypan - put the moongdal ad fry till getting light red. keep the fried moongdal in a seperate pot with 1/2 cup water and keep in pressure cooker and allow for 3 to 4 visil sound.
get the cashews fried in 1/2 spoon ghee.
In a seperate vessel, pour 1/2 cup of water and mix the jaggary powder and get boiled and on dissolving entire jaggary into the water and get boiled,get filtered in a seperate vessel.
Keep frypan in stove and pour 2 spoon of ghee and on getting melted, put the suji and fry slightly and put riceflour and coconut one by one and fry 3 minutes.Take the boiled moongdal and stir with the jaggery continously and add the ghee (balance in hand)and stir continously till it get a good paste and keep mixed all other items(sooji,riceflour and coconut)and stir well. finally add cardomam and cashews.
This delicious dish is good to persons of all ages.
