Ladies special kozhukattai

When I was in school my friends used to bring me this kozhukattai with coconut to eat. It'll so yummy.What I know is boys should not eat this one. Also a group of ladies used to gather , prey and do it in the night. Does anyone know any info and the receipe ? I appreciate if anyone provides info
