Hi all,
I am giving you some recipes for Navratri.
Sabudana vada
Soak 100 gm sabuda(big) in water for 3-4 hrs.
Boil 2-3 big potatoes, mash and mix in sabudana.
Add sendha salt.
Make small balls and deep fry.
You can eat it with curd or mungfali ki chatani.
It tastes very yum!!!

hi,

To add--

Kuttu ki puri and potato bhaji

Kuttu flour - 200 gm
Boiled potatoes- 6
Sendha Salt
Green chillies
Coriander leaves
Tomato - 2
Jeera
Oil

Method-

For Potato Bhaji

Cut 4 potatoes in small pieces. In a saucepan, pour some oil, once heated add bit of jeera. When it splutters, add chopped green chilli and tomatoes, add a pinch of sendha salt, fry..once fried add potato pieces again fry..add sendha salt as per taste...garnish with coriander leaves,
u can serve dry or add some water, boil and serve with gravy...

For Poori,

to kuttu flour, add 2 mashed potato, pinch of sendha salt and make a soft dough.. Heat some oil in kadhai..make small pooris out od dough and deep fry...Ready

This is a North Indian Dish made during fasts and it tastes like famous puri bhaji..

Yes, offer it to Maa durga first.... ( kidding)

Thanks,

deepali
