How many calories are there in a cup of chai?

    Hi, I was wondering if anyone can let me know how many calories are in a cup of chai with 2 tsp. sugar and alittle whole milk? I tried searching everywhere but to no avail. BTW, this is my first time posting here... :)

    You can calculate easily-
    1 tsp sugar is 15 cals
    1 cup Whole milk is 150 cals
    Tea in itself does not have many calories.
