    Summer is already in full swing,and it is time to swap the hot cup of tea for something cool.Homemade juices are healthy.Try to introduce vegetable juice,as fruit is high on sugar ,low on fibre.Add a dash of honey,salt ,pepper or a favourite herb.Make sure you the stalk,seeds and other parts.Just take care to leave out toxic parts.Blending of seeds of oranges and limes is fine,but not of apples.Avoid carrot stems.Make sure the juice is fresh.Try giving children mocktail of fresh juices.Try apple,watermelon,carrot,spinach,pomegranate,beetroot,orange etc;.
