Yes, through fasting!
Thats the best method one can ever do to clean the stomach of all the junk, naturally.
You could just take water and/or water-based fruits/veggies say, watermelon, tomatoes, leafy veggies, cabbage, carrot etc... just make a fruit/veg salad and keep away from outside food.
Fasting once in a month this way would keep you healthy, happy & feeling better!
