Default Slim body and diet control..all at home....

Hello, This is a very interesting topic all want to become slim and keep fit....
All running to the doctor, gym, cosmatic surgeon etc.....without sacrificing tasty food......please try this method staying at home without spending a penny...
First step:-start drinking plenty of water and start walking...If you cannot instead of walk start with Pranaayamam...taking long breaths..inhalation and exhalation first in standing posture, sitting position and in sleeping posture..your neck and back should be straight and start with pranayaam and finish it with savaasan (the entire parts of the body should be left loose just like you are dead) do pranaayaam for 10 times each and savaasan for 5to 10 mins.
Second stepont have outside food you cant be sure of oil content and other things...first ten days cut off carbohydrates..can have any other thing...(food rich in starch and sugar) ie rice,sweets, jams and desserts....along with this fast food and sugar added tinned drinks...
You will loose 2kg....
Third step:-next ten days completly cut high fat and high calorie food ......like butter, pasta, chocolates, dressings, fresh cream, ghee.....etc
you will loose 2kg
Third step:-now for next ten days avoid proteins you will loose 3 kg
Fourth step:-to avoid vitamins and minerals again will loose 3 kg
this will work for overweight not for obese
If you are 10 to 15 kg more than your ideal body weight you can reduce in this method and if are more than 15 to 30 kg then you are obese and more than that over obese..overweight people can reduce 5 kg per month and in 4 months they can reduce 20 kg in this method. Obese people along with this will have to do some exercises...
BUT YOU HAVE TO GO TO A PHYSICIAN AND THEN START WITH DIET CONTROL...YOU SHOULD BE PHYSICALLY FIT OTHERWISE......THANK YOU...

How can you avoid vitamins and minerals, our body needs them and these are present in almost all the foods we take like fruits and veggies.

then how do you maintain the weight lose?? have you tried it and if yes what was your weight before and after this diet and for how long have you managed it.

I think u can't avoid minerals and vitamins, and u should not avoid it. It helps u fight with disease and its basically called protective food...And protective food will not put on weight...
Basically food is divided into 3 types
1. Energy giving food
2. Body building food
3, protective food
To put down ur weight u should reduce energy giving food and body building food, which is carbohydrates,fats and protein respectively.. For growing children, protein is essential for body building, but for people more thn 20 years old, these should be taken in moderation and more protective food should be taken..
I am doing a certification course in IGNOU called "Certification in food and Nutrition" and all these info I gave is based on that..

HI pavi,

i totally agree with you and a woman after pasing the age of 30ys will tend to put on weight and her metabolism will go down, hence she has to take care in what she is eating like to stop fried foods, all whiles like white flour and bread, if you cannot eliminate it then cut down on it and include lots of fresh salads, greens and fruits. We need minerals in the body as after 30ys we start to loose muscle and our bones tend to become weak.
I am telling you all this from experience.

this is not a good diet plan, you need to contol your diet reduce fried foods and all white flours, have lots of green salads and fresh fruits, please visit the keep fit and maintain shape forum go to weightloss buddy and see there alot ladies have lost weight.
please do not follow this diet, you will out on double hte weight.

What is this diet control???Without Vitamins and minerals how can a body be sustained???If you eat any vegatable, it will have vitamins...
If we practice this diet, no doubt you will be malnutritioned and ends with lot of health issues in no time.

You have not understand properly.. I din mean it for lifetime..its a controlled diet, not starving or so...and it is not for obese people it will be useful for overweight people....anything consumed more is also not good....alpa what is your weight please?
