    Thanks for sharing a very useful information. Being a Mom, after reading your post I will include Dates, plums and corns as much as possible.
    for including dates, which my son don't like to eat. Now I can boil it with milk and give him.

    Lychee has many health benefits. Consuming raw litchi as well as litchi juice, will help you to improve your health including digestive system, immune system, cancer protection, skin improvement and blood purifying. Not only the fruit, but Litchi seeds also have great use in many ways. Lychee seeds possess an analgesic property that is usually used to soothe pain. Crush the seeds into fine powder and it can used in different forms. You may add the powdered lychee seeds to tea and drink it for two times in a day. Even applying the powder to inflamed parts of the body will reduce the swelling.
