I too read tat book and its all worth the penny.
She has given some sample diets and lots of info about how we should eat and should not eat...
I think everyone trying to loose weight should definitely read this book - it really makes u feel bit uncomfortable vn u think about reading every 2hrs, but it really works.
I've started following her principles for just more than a week and ppl have commented tat they are seeing a change already :)
You'll defninitely regret for following all those crash diets - give it a try - u wouldnt regret at all
