    muzna,
Oatmeal is nothing but oats...Old fashioned means 'whole oats'...1 min. oats is little bit flaky but cooks in 1 1/2 min.
Cook this in hot water..and after cooked...add sugar+milk...or you can add salt+buttermilk..
It comes in various flavours too..individually packed.

    Hi,

    How about green tea?

The antioxidants present in tea are good for health.

This works - well, atleast to me. I have been avoiding tea( I dont drink coffee).

Have a glass of warm water with honey. You may add lemon to this. Heat a glass of water and drop in a teaspoon of honey. Once it boils, take it off the stove and add lemon, to suit your taste.

At office, this is tough. Probably a good alternate is good old hot water, with probably a dash of honey. I tried using lion dates syrup with hot water, and I kind of like it.

It helps to overcome fatigue, and keeps systems alert.
