Thumbs up Just one little habit can make a BIG difference!

One little change I have made recently is cutting out sugar in my tea/coffee and it has made a HUGE difference...I can tell that I've lost a few pounds in the last 2 weeks. Try it and see!

Sure...........i have started doing this too & there is a major difference to my body as well as the coffee which seems to retain the flavour.

thats true..i always drink plain milk without sugar or with dates.ANd just small spoon ofsugar with tea(once a day).it helps in controlling weight gain.

mmmmmmmmm... i too know and heard about this, but iam not able to drink without sugar, not only sugar,if we avoid ALL WHITES - SALT, SUGAR, MILK, FLOUR,CURD ( NOT BUTTERMILK) definitely we will lose weight

Hi Lata,

You are giving Superstar's diet ....nothing white in colour [ including rice ]!! But we can't just like that follow it, without doctor's supervision 'cos medically we mustn't deprive our body of any major food group. This is my excuse too ....

And regarding sugar in tea/coffee, initially it will be terrible if we omit it altogether .. the trick is to reduce 'gradually' !! Yes, if you're using 2 spoons for 1 cup, make it 1 spoon, then 1/2 ..like that , your tongue will also get used to the new taste .

Yes, u are right, cutting sugar & carbo intake really helps to loose weight .

Hi tru1,

Thanks for the info.... Once I read the post I thought of one good habit which will really do a lot of change in you... So I thought i would share it...

It is having our dinner before 7. It is always good to take the dinner before the sun sets completely... This may sound so weird..but it is a proved fact.

One who has this problem often doesnt end up in troubles.
