Hema

one of my friend had this problem and she stopped the non veg and any fatty foods completely (like ghee or deep fried foods etc). you didnt mention what is your age???

Start with a regular protein diet and fruits and juices
go for brisk walking and then atleast once in a week try to do some yoga
first of all check what is your BMI or the cholestrol % before you start this regime and then after 1 month try to check the %...to assess whether there is improvement or not..

Hi hema,

I have heard that eating an Avacado will help in controlling triglycerides and as well increases the good cholesterol.

Also try eating oats every day which also hepls in lowering the bad cholesterol and boosting the good one.

As suggested avoid the fried foods.

Hope this hepls.
