Nuts and fruits. I know they are heavy in calories but love them.

I roast bell peppers on stove top, mix in some freshly crushed peppers, salt. Sometimes I add grilled (on stove top) brinjal roundels and squash / zuchini for a change. You can even roast them on a non-stick pan by lightly brushing olive oil over them. (never use olive oil for things that are roasted directly over flame as olive oil may catch fire quickly).

Poha Chat :- The photo will explain you.

My all time favourite snack is fruit. For variation, I just sprinkle some black salt or chat masala over them :-

You can soak and boil any legume e.g. chickpea, groundnut, cowpea, dried peas, etc and make a salad / chat with it.

Momos / Dimsums / dumplings :- I mix a little refined flour along with rice flour for making the base.
