Should You Drink Coffee Before Breakfast?

    A cup of hot coffee is what you like to have, to start your day afresh, isn’t it? However, recent research states that a flush of caffeine into the blood stream can spike up the sugar levels and can be harmful, especially for type II diabetic patients. Overdose of caffeine also increases the risk of osteoporosis in elderly people. Contrary to the popular belief, coffee causes headaches and acidity than being a stress buster. Though coffee has antioxidants and other biological compounds, which can decrease the risk of diabetes, it is recommended not to start the day with a cup of coffee.


    So, what is the best alternative? Well, even a cup of tea, is known to cause nausea and acidity in some people. Therefore, doctors say it is good to drink a glass of warm water, followed with a good breakfast and couple it with either tea or coffee. Among the many benefits of drinking water in the morning, it expels the toxins from the body, boosts metabolism and also aids weight loss!

    Thanks for the info coolblues.. In my openion starting a day with 2 glasses of water is the best thing we can do..
    After atleast half an hour brk we can start our regular routine..
