    Both are same.you should consume the flax seeds with the powdered form other wise i can not be digest in the stomach if you have in the full form.if you powdered the flax seeds,keep it in the fridge.if you keep it in the outside,it will lose its nutrients.

    you can add it in your break fast cereal.and can mix it in the dosa batter,idly batter,chappathi flour before cooking.sprinkle on the salad or raitha.

    One mention is important, do not heat the flaxseed to high temps or the nutrients will oxidize, try taking with butter milk, on salad, on raitha, with bhelpuri/sevpuri, as a topping, just a teaspoon couple of times a day will be healthy

    powder it and add it in all subzi/dal/dosa/roti/cereal/oats almost everything. its like adding salt.:)

    I like to use it as a powder and roll slices of fruit in it as a healthy snack. I sprinkle it on almost everything or add it to smoothies. It is also an excellent egg replacer for those who don't eat eggs.
