Default Fruits for Diabetis

I am more confused after going through different suggestions for diabetes. my mom is a diabetic & she consumes methi powder in the morning on empty stomach if she remembers. so i want to know whether it can be consumed at any time or only in the morning hours? which fruit is best for them? some says papaya & guava. some says papaya should be avoided. which juice can be recomended? one more thing is she cant digest chapatis. so stopped taking them.instead of that she is using "Goduma Ravva" & prepares it like food without using salt & consumes it with Curries. is it okay?plz help me out yaar....

hi amulu
my father is a diabatic patient.he takes half papaya in the evening as it's not good for him to take oily food.he doesn't likes chapathi's so he eats what ever he want with less content.santra, papaya is good for them among the available fruits.
hope MANTHENA SATYANARAYANA's (of guntur) programmes will help u to get an idea.u can get his practices for curing in books also.
bye
