Some say its good to have "honey with Luke warm water" in empty stomach will help in weight loss (while some say it helps in gain weight), again there is a debate whether it should be done in morning or night before going to bed..
So here is my question "Mixing a teaspoon of honey with Luke warm water", will it help in weight loss? If so which is the right time to have it? Early morning in empty stomach or at night before going to bed?.
It would be great, if people who have done this or know about this help me in getting over this confusion
