Having lion dates with milk???

Hi friends....
Is it good to have Lion dates syrup with milk??
Why am asking means.....
In milk Calcium is there
In lion dates syrup Iron is there is it a good combination?
I had like this for more than a year....
Recently I've read in some were that both Calcium and Iron Wont mixed, it may create some problem... please clear my doubt....
I'm in TTC my gyne advised me to have Lion dates syrup.. Is this combination works or not?

Calcium in dairy inhibits iron absorption. I would try to separate them by at least an hour.

Hi,

My gynaec also used to advice me to have iron and calcium with sufficient time interval.
I prefer not to have lion dates syrup with milk, instead will have it separately.
