High Fibre diet made wonders in losing 4kgs

    Hi friends

    As i am doing research on myself to make the calories burn fastly or losing the weight

    So my recent innovation is Diet chapathi or diet dosa

    Mostly people bore to have oats porridge or cornflakes with milk or boiled horsegram

    so you can prepare a chapathi and can have normal side dishes.you can feel very soon about the weight loss.after trying it i am sharing here

    As the world is running fast we people also want to loss the fat easily but its not an easy task

    so weekly twice or thrice have this chapathi.really it will work well

    once you reached your target have this chapathi weekly once.even you can stop this chapathi


    Here its i mentioned the quantity for two persons (for two persons )

    Wheat flour 2 cups
    boiled horsegram-2 table spoon
    oats-1table spoon
    Corn flakes any brand-1table spoon


    Powder the boiled horsegram,oats.corn flakes in a mixie as dry

    then as usual procedure for making dough:thumbsup


    if its for a single person means

    here the procedure

    Make the wheat flour dough and keep it aside

    powder the other ingredient as a dry one

    so during making chapathi stuff one orr two spoon of the grinded powder and make the chapathi


    As its a high fibre food.your digestion will be very fast one.Try to have bananas in night.Always have a habit of it:thumbsup



    some people wont sweat well like me or even walking is somewhat tough

    you dont need to have strict diet

    but reduce oil,ghee,butter intakes

    Go with steamed boiled food mostly.

    nearly i lost 4kgs very soon bby this concept i am still doing tummy exercise in empty stomach and doing walking in night.

    so follow your exercise and be fit and healthy:thumbsup



    My doctor too surprised about my weight loss this time:rotfl

    Please check your weight before you starting this diet chapathis

    then after two weeks check your diet,

    people who is more weight can intake two days once.

    Interesting concept. I am making a dough of 1 3/4cup wheat flour+1/4 cup ground whole oats+ Kalonji seeds. I don't add any oil in the dough nor while making roti. I serve the same to my kids(I add lil olive oil while making for them) it has solved my lil one's constipation problem. Will try to add horse gram as well. Never used it till now thou.

    Congrats, on your weight loss and thanks for sharing your recipe, past 2-3 weeks i am making a chapathi, with mixed aatas, like bajra, jowar, makai,ragi and oats all equal quantity like if i take each aata 1 tbsp i take 5 tbsp of wheat aata and making dough without oil but very little oil in making rotis, rotis are very tasty even my husband is liking it. So please tell what is horsegram tell me the hindi word for it surely i will check here and use it.

    A Nice tip from your side.thanks for sharing here.

    Try horsegram but i think i wont suits normal weight underweight kids.i can recommend this horsegram kids who crossing age 13 and above.thats best too.

    tamil name is kollu or kaanapayaru.

    wow! chapathi queen, yet another innovative chapathi from you! thanks for sharing it here. we can add soyapowder also too it i think. i normaly add soyabeans powder to my chapathi dough, since it is very good for us,ladies.
