Default using ajinomoto

Hi IL
Can anyone tell me whether we can use ajinomoto in cooking since i use it to cook the vegetables fasterwhile making fried rice noodles or pastas.

kindly read through the link it may help u and decide what is good for you and your family, if you are not allergic then fine but if you find these symptoms pl be aware...sunkan
