    Hi,

can someone tell me how to roast sprouted green gram and corn kernels. Green grams get sprouted really well but when I try to roast them, they either dont roast or get burnt. Same is the case with corn seeds also. I am in the process of making sathu maavu kanji (Nutritious Flour).

    Thanks

If you want to make a dry flour out of the sprouts then dry the sprouts under the sun and roast and powder them. And you can use the powder to make porridge when needed.

the best option would be to make sprouts daily and grind them to make porridge with jaggery instead of drying them and powdering them. This way you may get more nutrients.
