Default names that sound similar

I need help to find a baby girl name. My husband is british and he wants to call our daughter Sophie but for me the name on the birth certificate must be an indian name because this is what would please my family. We have one daughter already called Jesminder who my husband and I call Jessie which is a popular british name.
Are there any indian names that Sophie could be a nickname of? I cannot think of any!

Thankyou for your help!
