Default Keralite girl name - Easy for the English

I am looking for a girl baby name. Basically I am a Keralite, but we are settled in England.

I am looking for girl baby name having the malayalam base, but at the same time easy for the English to say

Any suggestions?

Default Keralite - Girl name

I had a friend in school by name "Bina" who was also from Kerala.
I don't know the meaning of the name - you can check out in some websites if you are interested.

In my opinion this should be an easy name to pronounce even for the English, may be you want to spell it as B-e-e-n-a :)

Good luck with names.

What about "Divya"?
A very common name among the Keralites I know.

If you are looking for something different - "Purna"
I guess it means 'complete'.

I guess both should be easy to pronounce.

My suggestion is "Preetha".

Not too long or short and no vowel tricks involved in pronouncing.

All the best in choosing a good name.

Default My suggestions...

Vinu,

How do you like these?

Swati
Sree (I did not specifically spell it as S-h-r-e-e - to avoid the 'sh' sound)

Good luck.

vinu,
Here is a suggestion from my part!

How is ‘Tina’ ! It is easy to say in English.
Also, at the same time it sounds a Malayalam name.
