Frustrated and Annoyed

Oh my God ...It was just 15 days before when we received the visa bulletin and all where ready to file the I-485 and EAD ….Dreams just flying around the family...But now all of a sudden y’day it shattered …The USCIS has called off the bullient and has stopped accepting application on the day 1 of the filling .This is so very redulicois action by the department .We have been running around for doctor’s appointment and lawyers office and all of a sudden they stop it .The department has been playing with every individuals emotions and thoughts .People have been so frustrated that they are not able to get the Green Card .Sometimes I feel that this country is not giving us back any rewards for the amount of efforts that we put in …How sad ….Esp for the H4 who have been working back home for few years and come in US … Does anybody feel like the same way in feel so ….

U r very true Deepav.My situation is the same here.Ours is substituted labor with eb3 and pd 2002.Its a concurrent filing of i-140 and i-485.My lawyer told that he sent the papers to Nebraaska on friday,29th june at 10.30am.Don't know if they reached on the same day or on monday.He is not answering us.He says he is not sure.And substituted labor i-140 filing ends on 16th july for good.

Suddenly,they come up that they are closing without opening the doors!!!Just going mad,but helpless.Whatever happens would happen and cannot be changed!If this is rejected,we have to file with our own labor(eb2-priority date jun2004) once the retrogression ends and we have dates current!

This happend to me for h1-b visa applications too!I mailed and even before they opened that visa quota exhausted!Just frustrated to sit at home from 3.5years just bcoz of this stupid work status issue.Atleast iam happy that iam able to spend some quality time with my 2 year 8months old naughty kid.
