Some how I had that doubt since some time that once a person is already in the sponsored list then there might definitely be some catch for other visas.

Anyway, I will let my sister and BIL know this and also send them the websites that you and Laks sent. Rest leave it to their final decision.

You already got the right suggestions from other people.

If you file for your sister now, the waiting period to process the application form is 10 - 15 yrs. When She gets the GC, her husband and her kids under 21 yrs also will get GC at the same time.

When you file for your sister, you have the option to add her husband and kids in the application form. She will also get the option to add her kids and husband right before they call for the visa.

Please make sure the date of birth is same on all the legal papers and the name spells exactly same every where.

P.S. We never know what is waiting for us after 10 or 15yrs and the time flies.
