Police Clearance Certificates

Hi,

I would like to know about the process of getting police clearance certificates from UAE, Oman & Kuwait.

My cousin has lived in these places as resident in the past and now is in Qatar and have applied for immigration to canada.

The canadian high commission is asking him to get the police clearance certificates from these above countries.

Could you please advice how to go about it? Has anyone got police clearance certificates from these countries by staying outside?

I guess he will have to contact the respective countries' embassy/consulate in Qatar to get PCC. For PCC from India, he'll have to get it from the nearest Indian Embassy/Consulate in his place; so that should be the same for PCCs from other countries as well..
