| Hello, I knew someone who has got an offer from a consultant in 2001 and the H1B got approved in INS, after the US Economy was down, they couldn't get the H1B stamped in the passport. Is there a way that the approval can be used? Nowadays as we can see lot of offers requiring that applicant should be a H1B holder. Any light to this topic?
