Need help regarding indian embassy

Dear Ilites

My passport is due to expirey next month so sent it for renewal to indian enbassy in Washington.It normally takes 3 weeks.... and by the end of the third week I got my new passport but not the old one which is having the US visa stamping. Along with the new passport I got somebodyelse's old passport also.

I am trying to call the embassy but they dont answer the call...no reply to the fax or email that we sent. So I dont know how I can reach them .

So ladies can you help me on this if any of you have experienced this or heard of this please help me. I want to know how to return somebodyelse's passport and to get back my old passport.Thankyou all.

try sending email or calling the next closest Indian Embassy office other than Washington.This is really so careless on their part.You must complain about this.
