Default H1b from H4 visa processing -Is Canada/Mexico advisable?

Hello everybody

Iam planning to get my H1b (from H4) stamped in Canada.Which place in canada is better ? My husband and my friends are telling me not to go to canada/mexico for h1b conversion from h4.Iam in a dilemma.Visa stamping process in India esp chennai is scary.I would really appreciate yr valuable suggestion.

BTW does any one have links for canada/mexico visa processing.

Have a good evening.

latha
