About H4 to H1

    Hi,

    If one has approved H1, but is on H4 currently, can they start work immediately when H4 to H1 is filed based on the Fedex Receipt Number?


    This is very urgent. I would greatly appreciate your responses.

    If you have an approved H1 then you have sponsor right...and your sponsor is your employer...if you dont have a employer(someone you work for) then how do you have an approved H1...your question is not very clear ! You get H1 because you got a job.....or did I not understand your question..could you clarify !!

    Just get COS done or go for stamping if you have to move from H4 to H1.
