 Marriage certificate issue Hi,  I hve a query regarding my H4 visa interview, my problem is tht my passport and my kids passport hve my name as deepika barde which is my name after marriage but my marriage certificate has my name as rajeshree salian which is my maiden name. i would like to know if this can coz any problem for my H4, and if yes plz tell me sme way out my interview is scheduled on the first week of june so plzzzzzzzzzz HELP

| Re: Marriage certificate issue After getting married I hope you changed your name legally from maiden to married name. Take that change of name afidavit with you along with your other papers. If you are still not sure, to be safe consult a lawyer in India or US. |
