Regarding Visiting Visa

I whated to go to US with my hubby after marriage but as he is in f1 -visa it is difficult for him to take with him .So it take atleast two months procesess after marriage.Can any one suggest about visiting visa.How to apply for it.What documents, certificate we need.How to register online.I doesnt know any processes regarding visa.I just whated to try another option through visiting visa.So can any one give me full details regarding this.I complted my b.tech.so what certificate should i take .Hope u help me.Thanking u in advance

Thanku for giving website.In that i found finace visa,as i said im still not married so can i get visa before marriage as dependent.I read fiance visa but i couldnt understand properly .Can any one clear me whether we can get dependept visa before marriage .
