Shall I apply for H1B ? Is this qualification is enough ? Or do I need to be a post Graduate ?

Well,Usually a Post Graduation helps but do confirm from Known people or consultants as to whether it is possible. They will be able to tell U,whether they can sponser Ur Visa since H1 has to be sponsered by a company and they will know best whether U r suited for it.As far as my knowledge goes,Visa for Engineers is comparitively easy.

hi priya,

Mine too was picked in lottery quite before june, only yesterday the status has been changed as approved. so dont worry, it takes time, i suppose the dates are open till october. Plz confirm with your agent. If urs has been picked in lottery hope they would have given you a receipt number. Using that number you can check your visa status in te website of USCIS

if the query is about your education experience you can just submit the certificates of that 1 yr course you have done and any work related experience...am sure you might have used computers during your education in london isnt it? draft a letter on how you have utilized computer knowledge and consult your attoney (who filed H1 on your behalf) he would be able to give your more tips...good luck
