Hi Subha,

I have one more doubt, sorry to doubt you at this state. Hope you are doing better now.

Do we need to take original birth certificate or copy of birth certificate?

Thanks in advance.

Hi usha,

No issues....u can ask me the doubts at any time....

You should be ready with the original as well as a copy of all the documents. And should present it only they ask at the counter....

Hi Radhika,

It says u have to maintain a minimum balance of 5000$ and average balance also shd be between 4000 - 5000$ per month. No ned to maintain any minimum balance in India. The Balance is required in India only to prove that the person who have applied for the viitios Visa have some obligation in India, whcih he/she need to take care. An hence he/she will return to India after the fixed period of 3 or 6 months.

Hope this helps.

Hi Subha,
Great effort from your side.My mother got a 10 year visa in Jan.Do you know the time interval between the visits she can make?I have heard that the maximum period allowed to stay is 6months after which she has to return back & can make a visit only after another 6months.So if she comes & stays for 2months can she make a visit after 6months or should wait further?Sorry to bother you with too much questions that too during this phase...hope ur little one is not troubling you much...Have a safe pregnancy!

Hi ammu
Thank you.
So far as I knw your mom can come back again to US even just after a month for 6 months. No need for 6 months gap.
My little one has started kicking from yesterday onwards and it was a wonderful feeling.....!!! But so far I could realise the kicks only thrice....Jus waiting to have more & more.....!!!!
