 H1b to L1 Hi all My Husband is in H1B and he want to apply for L1....I need clarification regarding the following : - Is it conversion of H1b to L1 is possible, bcoz the H1B is still valid - Can he apply for L1 though he is holding H1 ? - In order to apply for L1 do we need to file any petition kind of thing to cancel H1 ? I wud be gr8ful if anyones can clarify me the procedure ???!
