| Hi, Normally it takes 3 weeks to arrive if you post the docs by mail. I am not sure how the process works if you personally go to the consulate. For thumbprint you can buy a stamppad from Staples/Officemax. Make sure you get the correct thumb print.. It differs for girls and boys. Hope this helps..
