travel doc ..please help me asap.

    hi frnds..
    iam very tensed as i have to go india next month.i have efiled the 131 form and have received the 797.now i just have to mail the documents.but to my utter dissappointment i am unable to find my 485 receipt.we have each and every paper but i dont knw how this one paper is missing.we couldnt find any copies of it too.

    so can u please tell me is it mandatory to send 485 receipt copy for travel document.
    and what all documents i need to mail.
    please ladies help me.

    hello sknaaz,

    As far as i know, the 485 receipt is mandatory (showing its pending etc). Also, the list of documents differ based on whether yours is primary or dependant petition.

    I suggest you to consult your attorney to discuss this.
