L2 Visa for Government employees

    Hi,
    Am a Central Govt Employee and am going to get married soon.My would be is working in U.S We have planned to spend 1 year there. Do I have to submit any document related to my service and no objection certificate etc from my department during visa interview. Is it necessary or not. Do any one have an idea about the types of questions that would be raised in my case during interview. Kindly reply. Thanks in advance.

    If you plan on staying in your Govt job , then I think for Visa interview you need NOC.

    If you plan to quit your job , then it may not be required.
