Hi,
It is very simple thing to avoid spicy food, because too much masala would cause heart burns, stomach pain, gastric etc along with your harmonal changes. SO it is always good to eat less spicy, less salty and less sugary food. During pregnancy your body is very tender, later all these things will take a toll on your body and health.

SO please do take care,
Punitha

yes, it will affect the baby.
As baby is very small, it needs less spicy food.
Same thing you should follow while breast feeding the baby.

During pregnancy:
Babies might get hiccups.
If you get cold, baby might also get cold.

WHile feeding:
babies will get gas, stomach pain, constipation, throw ups etc.

Hi,
DOnt worry too much about it.
It might be due to hormonal changes also.
Drink plenty of water to avoid swelling.
Don't sit too much.
Try doing pregnancy exercise.
One other reason also 'YOU might be having a girl baby'.
Just relax, you are not even half way thur....

take care,
Punitha
